One of the many reasons I won't work for Microsoft

"Microsoft blocking software created by ex-employee" via Geek, talks about Microsoft using their lawyers (again with the lawyers!) to stop a startup by 2 ex-employees. Read Geek.com's article - I won't blurb their blurb (they got it from ZDNet UK).

What I will say is that Microsoft has been convicted of monopolistic behavior - and they are still violating the law.

Maybe the monopoly punishment should be a completely separate or streamlined court for any party to a complaint dealing with Microsoft (when MS sues someone or vice versa). Have a judge waiting, hear the case immediately, and render a verdict within days, not years.

Oh yeah, and get a judge who understands that an internet browser is not required to actually operate your computer...
