How to not run a telemarketing scam

Quality Resources, you sure were slick. And quick, and fast talking. But you made a big mistake. A simple one, too.

That website you sent me to, My Best Benefits? Yeah, that was wierdly non-informative. It was blank. It was a business template from Network Solutions.

So no thanks, Quality Resources, 1 (727) 712-0382. I don't want your free gas vouchers, your VISA gift cards, or the approximately $100 of crap fees for which you tried to sign me up. I very clearly stated, on the phone call you so conveniently recorded, that I did not want to receive any of these things.

So you can quit calling me (5 times today, twice last Friday).

You can put me on your Do-Not-Call list.

You can move on to another person. Who may also take 8 minutes and 49 seconds to decide that you are selling something worthless.

Me? I will keep an eye on my credit card, and I will also try to find out which company sold my information to you. Because I may just cause them some serious trouble for doing so.
