New road trip speed record

Towed the wife and kids over the mountain pass to see my parents. We set a new road trip speed record of only 8 hours. Amazing, isn't it?

Especially since the trip was 210 miles.

Don't strain your math muscles - normal "non-family" travel time is 3.5 hours.

Sigh.

On the return trip, we finished in a disappointing 7 hours. Oh, wait, lower score is better? My mistake.

The initial segment on the initial trip took us around 2 hours to go approximately 13 miles.

I don't have gray hair. How could I? It's all falling out...
