Red letter day for packages
Received one yesterday, expecting a shipment tomorrow, and today? Today I got three.
First up, the expected Palm Zire 72 repair from the very capable Chris Short (eBay ID itsnothere), who quickly diagnosed the problem and installed a new motherboard as well as an upgraded battery. He uses eBay to solicit repairs, but do not worry about losing an auction - just contact him directly, or place a bid and wait for the "second chance" offer. Very nice guy, great to deal with. A+++ (sorry, couldn't resist).
Second, my reward for taking a picture of my "gwin" and sending it off to Gwinarmy.com. I cannot tell you, it's a secret. See ThinkGeek if you want your own gwin.
