Good, expensive, low-carb chocolate
An outfit in Coeur d'Alene, ID called LowCarb Specialties, Inc. makes a great low-carb chocolate bar called Chocoperfection (in dark and milk chocolate flavors). It's expensive, but worth it if you need to convert your cravings before curbing them. You can buy the bars in bulk, up to several hundred at a time.
LowCarb Specialties is one of the best Internet retailers I have dealt with - they sent a "review" package soon after I requested it (announced on a low-carb weblog; sorry, it's over!), included a free package of their sugar substitute, from which the chocolate is made; and promptly deposited my rebate exactly as they said they would.
