California Trade Agency is shut down

From what he posted, sounds pretty heinous. A state agency chartered to generate business for California companies gets completely shut down, in part for forwarding trade leads to whomever they pleased. Some of the writer's e-mail exchanges are funny in a slow-motion train wreck sort of way.
