No more Internet/cable discount

Oh well. But this month's Comcast bill featured a $26 charge for a discount. Come on, guys - there's plenty of room on the bill to explain that my initial 6 month discount ended 2 months ago, and this charge was to recover the erroneous 7th month's discount.

And forward me to the proper department - don't give me another @##$! number to call for "billing questions where you are not making a payment."

Oh, and your customer service drone was a very pleasant woman who must have just finished her shift at a children's nursery - she was politely sappy to the point of condescension. I'm guessing she watched Office Space too many times.
