eBay feedback
eBay's feedback score counts neutral comments as negative. In other words, your feedback score can only rise or fall with each entry - it can never stay the same.
That's a surprise. Neutral to me means nothing happens - it's neither good nor bad.

I stand corrected. Apparently eBay hadn't updated the feedback total when I looked at it.
