Jamieson strikes (out) again

Read Robert L. Jamieson Jr.'s "Brame and Blair: 2 sides of same coin", then come on back.

He writes:

After Brame erupted last month, several minority cops contacted me to say that had Brame, who was white, been a member of a minority there was no way he would have been allowed to rise so far, so fast with so many skeletons. "If he had been me," a cop of color said, "I would have been out of a job. Or probably in jail."

Can we get a count of the number of non-white Tacoma police officers who participated in Brame's crimes' cover-ups? Or was every officer who failed to investigate the complaints, allegations, or who failed to stand up and raise the difficult questions, white?

Because I see a lot of fingers pointing at white people in this column.
