Hitchen's objections
And via the same blog as the last entry, I find Christopher Hitchens' objections to Mother Teresa's beatification. Wow. Her actions are just plain hypocritical - even more so than the standard Roman Catholic church. And yes, I have an axe to grind - actually, I've already ground it and slammed it into the chopping block. I'll add that story sometime (involves 2 generations before me) - especially after I get it verified (I used to think my grandfather was chief engineer aboard the USS Enterprise aircraft carrier during World War II, but I got my Star Trek, space shuttle, and his service record mixed up). However, he did have some arguably more interesting exploits as an aircraft mechanic.
