For Christmas 1998, I ordered a computer for my wife. Despite this big advance called the Internet (where I ordered it), and despite having these things called computers that can track things called sales items, they did NOT warn me that what I ordered wasn't anywhere near their warehouse!

After calling several times (CLUE: if you're an online retailer and your customers have to use the phone to get accurate and timely information, YOU SCREWED UP!) to get past the busy signal, a semi-helpful person asked if I wanted to order something else.

Let's go with NO!

I will never do business with them again - oh wait, that's right, I never have done business with them.
