Besides being a great place to shop (major compliment from a male like me), they offered to replace a small section of wood from a dresser we bought years ago that was water-damaged - for free.

They offer functionable, fashionable furniture at great prices, and have continually expanded their selection. While their store is not one you run into and get out of quickly, it is worth the long walk through.
