Rent here if you enjoy your apartment manager (Ben Fox) incessant, inflexible, and weak.

• Incessant: Think Santa's omniscience, the Grinch's sour pussiness, and a Borg's social grace.
• Inflexible: Don't you just love a business that distrusts you from the start? Wouldn't take personal check for the deposit or the first month's rent, despite the fact that it had plenty of time to clear before I picked up the key.
• Weak: I complained multiple times about a tenant across the courtyard SPITTING CONSTANTLY out their window and INTO THE COMMON GARDEN! Why did I have to complain MULTIPLE TIMES?
