When I tried to place an order, the web page would not let me select the two-fer deal. Frustrated, but with enough time ahead of me, I sent an e-mail telling them about the difficulty with that one product. Since my track record of responses to queries like these has been quite low, I did not expect a response.
Lo and behold, two people responded! The directory of business development told me that the problem was on their end, and another person followed up, apologized for their slow response (what slow response? You guys were fast!) and offered me a discount coupon on my next purchase.
I used that coupon to get the two locks and a lot more. ProTravelGear will be the first place I look for travel accessories from now on.
